The courier will do their best to deliver the wine with what may be deemed as a fair and reasonable manner. In the event that a satisfactory delivery arrangement cannot be made, please contact Green Man Wines. You may choose to have the delivery made to a business address. If you do have any special requirements regarding delivery please contact us and we will do our best to facilitate you. Please contact us on 01-5594234 if you have not received your wine within four working days and we will track it for you. In compliance with the law in Ireland, Green Man Wines will only sell alcohol to
persons over 18 years of age online or in-store. As in-store, you will be required to produce satisfactory legal evidence of your age (drivers licence, passport & state ID). In the event that the person accepting the delivery is requested to produce ID, it must be understood that this is a statutory requirement and if the recipient fails to produce satisfactory age ID or if this age ID does not demonstrate the recipients age clearly and unambiguously, the courier is not allowed – by law – to leave the order
with them. We apologise if this causes you any inconvenience but as a company, we take our statutory obligations very seriously and will not make any exceptions to this delivery policy.
All products on our website are offered subject to availability. We cannot guarantee the availability of products or specific vintages, however, we will always endeavour to supply the vintages as shown on the website. We are typically working with small producers who often allocate stock. In the unlikely event, that the product you have selected becomes unavailable we will call you to discuss and perhaps suggest a comparable alternative.
We offer free delivery on orders over €150 within Southern Ireland. For orders under €150 we charge a flat rate of €7.50 for deliveries inside Dublin and €15 for Nationwide deliveries. Please allow 4-5 working days for delivery. Please note on rare occasions due to weather, mechanical failure, clerical error or other unforeseen circumstances the delivery may take longer than this, please accept our sincerest apologies. We will do our very best to ensure the scheduled delivery time is achieved. We currently do not deliver outside of the Republic of Ireland.
Cancellation & Returns
Should you be unhappy with any aspect of your order, please contact us so that we can do our very best to remedy the situation. Goods received should be inspected immediately for damaged or missing wines. If any wine delivered is damaged or there is a shortage in the delivery or the goods do not match those ordered please notify us as soon as possible. Failure to notify us of damaged or missing product within seven days of receiving the order may negate your right to free return and refund.
Damaged product, or wine suffering from ‘cork taint’, or incorrect product will be replaced or credited. We ask customers to have the wine deemed unsatisfactory available for return. This will not affect your statutory rights.

We will unreservedly use our reasonable skill and resources to make sure that this site is available and operates correctly on a continual basis. However, because of the number of sources from which we obtain content and because of the nature of the Internet, we not give you or any third parties any other warranties for any grievances which may occur either directly or indirectly. In particular, you should not take the accuracy or availability of the information for granted and we make no warranty that the Site is free from infection by viruses or anything else that has contaminating or destructive properties. Green Man Wines will not accept any losses or charges that may arise from interacting with this site whether direct or indirect.
