The idea behind this wine is that it doesn’t focus on any one grape variety or “cultivar”, it’s a sum of all its parts. This wine is made from Fernao Pires and Pinot Blanc and undergoes a spontaneous fermentation with wild, native yeasts. It’s zesty, full and has a rich core – great with chicken or pork dishes. Also works well with hard cheeses.
