- Grenache and some Cinsault, grown on granite on the western bank of the Rhône
- This is the Northern most Grenache grown in France, making up 80% minimum of the blend. Whites grapes are co-fermented with the red (Grenache blanc, Marsanne, Clairette) – up to 20%, Winemaking – partially destemmed grapes, given 10-12 days of skin contact fermentation. Spends about 18 months on fine lees, in small concrete vats and there is no filtration or fining. A light bodied wine with typical Grenache aromas (strawberries, red fruits) – crunchy & accessible, with a kick of spice
