La Maldicion Clarete, Vinos de Madrid, Spain
Tempranillo and Malvar, blended to make a rosé, known as a “Clarete” wine. it’s a blend of red and white grapes, from high-altitude, old vines in the Sierra Gredos mountains. The must are co-fermented and macerated with skins and stalks, like a traditional red, undergoing a spontaneous fermentation, and is aged in old oak casks. A fantastic rosé that goes equally well with food or just chats in the garden – we love everything that Marc Isart produces.
