Peter Jakob Kühn Rheinschiefer, Riesling
Pleasant and light, yet with fascinating depth. A riesling as clear as a cool mountain stream. From a terroir, where the cycle of Riesling begins and ends later, so that the grapes preserve particular aromatics and fine acid. Delicate floral nuances, earthy notes, hint of pepper, mineral, aromas of freshly made bread, lanolin and herbs. Multi-layered and deep, strong, rather tart and juicy fruit, prominent vegetal and herbaceous aromas and saline minerality with juicy and firm finish.
