A concentrated red wine with aromas of ripe red and black fruit, notes of underbrush, hints of liquorice and spice. The palate exudes youthful vigor accompanied by a touch of maturity. The tannins are pleasantly chewy and robust, while the acidity is surprisingly fresh. An unforgettable wine.Unforgettable not only for its general deliciousness, but also for the unique way in which it is made. Coming from Syrah, Carignan, Grenache, Mourvedre, it is a blend from barrels of different grapes and vintages originating with a forgotten barrel of Carignan from 2001, added to across the years, some left not topped up. It is silky smooth, with gentle fruit and a long finish. An experience not to be missed.
